Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Mahatma Nagar, Nashik. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and a strong ability to engage with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively

• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information

• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role (preferred)

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and understanding)

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
