Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Explain the features and benefits of products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and close sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Handle customer objections and offer appropriate solutions.

• Work closely with the sales team and report on progress to the manager.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-4 yrs experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

• Can speak in Bengali.
