Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Fresher / 6 months to 1 year
Promote and sell DocOnline’s healthcare plans and value-added services via outbound calls.
Understand customers’ health and financial needs to recommend suitable plans, especially high-ATS products and EMI-based options.
Clearly explain plan features, benefits, and pricing, addressing customer queries and building trust in the services.
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups, issue resolution, and seamless onboarding.
Accurately record all interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in the CRM.
Provide regular progress updates and share insights with the Team Leader.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DocOnline’s digital healthcare services, including:
Doctor Consultations
SmartSave
Chronic Care
Mental Health services, etc.
6 months to 1 year experience in outbound telesales preferred; healthcare, insurance, or fintech sectors are a plus.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, or Kannada is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and skilled in handling objections.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to changing products and service features.
