Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Tele-Sales Executive/Sr. Executive to drive user acquisition through outbound calling and relationship management. This is a high-impact, target-driven role focused on converting leads into active customers via our app. You will be the first point of human contact for potential users - making it critical to convey trust, clarity, and the value proposition of Handpickd in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Sales & Conversion
● Make 200–250 outbound calls/day to leads from internal and external database
● Pitch Handpickd’s fresh produce subscription service to new users
● Convert leads into first-time sample trails/paid users
● Encourage wallet top-ups, Free product trails/samples and app downloads
📈 Target-Driven Execution
● Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
● Follow structured calling SOPs while personalizing pitches per user type
● Suggest custom offers (like cashback, trial samples) to improve conversions
🤝 User Onboarding
● Educate users on app benefits, order process, and delivery timelines
● Guide them through app install, login, and wallet top-up process
● Coordinate with delivery & CRM teams to ensure smooth first-time experience.
