Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to assist customers and follow up for renewals

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely renewals

• Record all interactions in the system accurately
  

Language Requirement

Must be fluent in one of the following combinations:

• Marathi + Hindi + English

• Gujarati + Hindi

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills

• Previous experience in customer service/telecalling is an advantage

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
