Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller with prior experience in the stock market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining stock market products/services, and converting leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in stock market investments or trading.

• Explain services such as Demat accounts, trading platforms, investment plans, and brokerage services.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.

• Maintain client database and ensure regular follow-ups.

• Provide support to existing clients with queries related to stock trading platforms or services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with sales and research teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in a stock broking firm or financial services company.
