Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching Unicommerce’s e-commerce management solutions, and converting prospects into clients through telephonic and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (sellers, brands, and SMEs in the e-commerce space).

• Explain Unicommerce's SAAS-based order and inventory management solutions.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable services and features.

• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture and convert.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Schedule demos or pass qualified leads to the field sales team, if needed.

• Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams for lead nurturing and client activation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: business, marketing, or IT).

• 1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or call center experience, preferably in SAAS, e-commerce, or tech.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

• Confidence in handling objections and closing deals on calls.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
