• To touch base with exiting Magma HDI customers for reminding them on their policies due

• date & payable premium

• Retention of existing customer as per given monthly targets

• To meet targets – Daily, weekly & Monthly

• To coordinate with internal stake holders like Ops for database, UW for deviation approvals,

• To guide customers to make payments before the due date.

• To co-ordinate with external agencies like E Com for premium payment collection

• To co-ordinate with surveyor to get the vehicle inspection done (if required)

• To generate a quote using system like GC and share with customers

• To help customers with policy issuance

• To share feedback with Management on conversions & lost cases.

• To follow compliance and ethical business practices.
