We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Action Shipping Agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our shipping services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers

• Explain shipping services and provide quotations

• Maintain client database and follow up on inquiries

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of shipping or logistics preferred

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
