Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.

• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up on leads and maintain active pipelines using CRM tools.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any objections or concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
