Job Summary:

You will be responsible for identifying prospects through various channels like calling, email marketing, qualifying leads based on their needs and fit with the company's product/service, This position requires actively engaging with potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Job Duties:

• Identify and target potential merchants, including small businesses, retail stores, restaurants and enterprises.

• Contact clients and prospects to understand their needs and present products.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies in payment processing.

• Work closely with marketing, customer service and technical teams to enhance the sales process.

• Educate clients on the features, benefits and usage of POS machines.

• Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to business growth.
