We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The candidate must be capable of handling a team, achieving daily/weekly sales targets, and ensuring call quality and performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of telecallers and ensure daily sales targets are achieved.
Monitor calls to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to scripts.
Motivate team members and handle performance tracking.
Train new telecallers on product knowledge and calling techniques.
Report daily progress, sales numbers, and issues to management.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain proper data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
