Telecalling Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to manage, support, and guide our telesales representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a high level of motivation within the team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for telesales staff and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.

• Develop and implement effective sales scripts, training materials, and strategies to improve productivity.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, motivate staff, and discuss strategies.

• Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to optimize the sales process.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
