We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Team Leader to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at Puneriyas Event Jobs Llp in Hyderabad, Dr A.S Rao Nagar. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should bring 1 - 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Telugu, Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
