Job Description:
- Lead and support a team of 5 telecallers to meet daily calling and sales targets.
- Assign calling tasks and manage the team’s daily schedule.
- Check how each team member is performing and help them improve.
- Listen to calls to make sure quality is good and solve any customer problems that come up.
- Motivate the team to stay positive and work well together.
- Prepare simple reports on team performance for the manager.
- Help train new team members and share tips to improve calls.
- You might also make calls sometimes to help the team.
- Keep the team’s workspace organized and follow company rules.
