Job Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of loan sales executives.- Drive the team to achieve monthly targets for loan sales and disbursement.- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement effective sales strategies.- Oversee end-to-end loan file processing and ensure timely disbursement.- Coordinate with internal departments and financial partners for smooth operations.- Maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.- Prepare regular reports on team performance and target achievements.
