Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to schools, educators, and parents to introduce and promote our product programs.
• Explain the objectives, benefits, and registration process of our product assessments and certifications.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules through CRM tools.
• Handle queries professionally and provide complete program information.
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with using Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs).
• Experience with CRM tools or lead management software.
