🔍 Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting GST Franchisee services, generating leads, and closing sales. Ideal for candidates who are target-driven and confident communicators.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Promote and sell GST Franchisee services

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects

• Maintain client relationships and records

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Report to the Sales Manager regularly

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Gender: Male & Female

• Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply

• Age Limit: 20 to 30 years

💼 Skills Required:

• Good communication (Hindi/Marathi preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confident in outbound calling

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

⏰ Work Details:

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

• Job Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 (performance-based)
