We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to boost our sales through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with a proven ability to close deals over the phone.
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language – specify as needed].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Previous experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Pitch products/services persuasively and handle objections effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team for campaign planning and performance improvement
