Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Tale Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our software products, and converting leads into customers through phone and online communication.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote software products.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Maintain follow-up with prospects and convert them into qualified leads or direct sales.Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and closures.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.Handle objections and provide excellent customer service.Key Requirements:Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in software/IT product sales.Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.Strong listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Bachelor's degree in any discipline
