Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling:
Answering phone calls from patients and customers, addressing their queries, and providing accurate information about healthcare services, procedures, and insurance policies.
Outbound Call Management:
Making outbound calls to patients to follow up on appointments, provide information about upcoming events, or promote new services.
Appointment Scheduling:
Scheduling appointments with patients for various healthcare services and procedures.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with patients, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, including appointment schedules, follow-up notes, and any relevant information.
Product/Service Promotion:
Promoting healthcare products and services to potential customers, including explaining benefits and addressing their questions.
Sales:
In some cases, Telecallers may be responsible for making sales calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Continuous Improvement:
Staying updated on healthcare trends and practices to better serve patients and customers.
