📞 Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and confident Telecallers (Freshers & Experienced) who can connect with customers over the phone, explain travel packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages

• Handle inbound queries received via calls, WhatsApp, and social media

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication

• Share destination details, trip highlights, and benefits clearly

• Build a relationship of trust with every customer

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth conversions

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Service (Travel background is a plus)

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, etc.)

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Should be fluent in Hindi and basic English
