Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed + Performance-based)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication, goal-driven, and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided data
  
  

• Pitch our products/services clearly and convincingly
  
  

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
  
  

• Close sales and ensure follow-up for deal completion
  
  

• Maintain a record of calls and sales performance
  
  

Job Highlights:

• Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 deals must be closed during the prohibition period to qualify as a suitable candidate
  
  

• Offer Letter: Will be issued upon successful completion of the prohibition period
  
  

Salary Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
  
  

• Performance-Based Bonus:
  
  

  • 5–10 deals/month: ₹10,000
    
    

  • 10–15 deals/month: ₹15,000
    
    

  • 15–20 deals/month: ₹20,000
    
    

• Incentives: Additional bonuses for high performance and exceeding targets
  
  

Who Can Apply:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  
  

• Prior sales or telesales experience preferred, but not mandatory
  
  

Note: This role is performance-driven. Only candidates who close at least 2 deals during the 1-week prohibition period will be considered for a permanent role and eligible for the offer letter.
