Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and generating leads or appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.

• Explain the company’s digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain a client database.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduation (any stream).

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred (freshers can apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.
