### Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Vile Parle West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers / 6 months+ in sales/calling (Preferred)

### Job Role & Responsibilities:

- We get leads on whatsapp from various small business owners.

- Make calls to these leads potential customers to promote products/services.

- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.

- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

- Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM/system.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.

### Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English + Hindi (Regional language a plus).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers welcome! (Training provided).

- Prior telesales/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
