Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual who loves engaging with people over the phone? The Easy Capital is looking for a dynamic Outbound Telecaller to join our growing team. As part of our Loan DSA (Direct Selling Agent) division, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our loan products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective clients, explaining loan products, and assessing their requirements.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and answering their queries.

Product Promotion: Actively promote our loan products, explaining benefits, eligibility, and application processes.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, converting inquiries into potential loan applications.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Data Management: Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and clients to ensure they are moving forward with the loan application process.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English] (adjust language based on region).

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.

Good listening skills and ability to explain loan products clearly.

Education: Minimum high school diploma; further education in sales or finance is a plus.
