Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell services.

• Follow a prepared sales script to persuade customers and handle objections.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers where applicable.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.com or MBA Finance (any commerece background)

• Proven experience in outbound tesales.

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Excellent data entry and documentation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
