•Key Responsibilities:•
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads provided by the company.
- Explain Yearly and Monthly subscription programs, benefits, and features in a clear and compelling manner.
- Understand the needs of potential customers and provide appropriate program recommendations for their business needs.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about procedures, eligibility, and subscription Payouts.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversions and meet enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and enrollments.
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Team leads to maximize conversion rates.
•Qualifications and Skills:•
- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive in challenging situations.
