Job Title: Telesales Executive (Outbound Calls) – Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain product/service offerings clearly and effectively.

• Convince customers and generate leads or close sales as required.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM with accurate information.

• Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversion.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.

• Confidence and ability to handle rejection.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Eligibility:

• Freshers welcome.

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.
