● Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their career goals.
● Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling follow-up calls or demos.
● Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM tools.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
● Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience.
● Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
● Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings.
● Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound voice processes, or telesales, ideally within the EdTech or eLearning space. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and neutral accent. ● Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
