• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Team Leader

• Meet daily call objectives, including timely follow-up on web leads and achieving the required number of calls per day

• Accurately update the Lead Management System (LMS) with relevant dispositions and detailed call notes

• Maintain high call quality standards and strictly adhere to the approved call script

• Communicate product features, benefits, and all mandatory regulatory information with precision and clarity

• Handle customer queries efficiently through online chat support

• Generate leads for cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions

• Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of policy documents and verify details for accuracy

Language Requirement:
Proficient in English along with any one of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu
