Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Generation (Fluent English)

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Fixed) + ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 (Performance-based Incentives/Commissions)
Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working – Day Shift)

SP360 Business Consultant is a fast-growing consulting firm offering professional services in HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Taxation. We are seeking dynamic Telecallers with excellent English communication skills to join our Lead Generation team. The role involves reaching out to HR professionals and decision-makers across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Waste Management, and Healthcare, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect professionally with HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Decision-makers across target industries via calls and emails.

• Introduce SP360’s services and value proposition clearly and confidently in fluent English.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on potential leads to schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

• Maintain an updated and well-organized database of leads, contacts, and communications.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports of calling activity and lead status for internal review.

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams for campaign success.

• Handle objections with professionalism and refine pitch based on feedback.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the lead generation process.

• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive business data and contacts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 6 years in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or customer interaction roles.

• Language Skills: Excellent fluency in English is a must. Hindi and regional languages are a plus.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage time, multitask, and work under targets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats.

• Should be open to 6-day work week (Day Shift).

• Experience in interacting with corporate HRs or B2B outreach is preferred.
