Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team Zebotax . Make outbound calls to promote products and generate sales. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Maintain records of calls and achieve assigned sales targets.the position offers a salary of In Hand Salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound calls to promote products or services.

• Explain offerings clearly and handle customer questions or objections.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely responses.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and gather feedback for improvements.
