• Make inbound calls to prospective customers and explain products

• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers.

• Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments or meetings.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.

• Address customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closing leads.

• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
