Webmakesite is hiring Telecallers to join our team. This is a target-based role focused not just on making calls, but on generating qualified leads and closing sales. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into clients by communicating the value of our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads generated through various channels.

• Explain Webmakesite's web development and digital services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Identify customer needs, generate interest, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

• Prepare basic reports and updates on performance and customer feedback.

• Maintain a professional and confident communication style to build lasting customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass to 12th pass (any stream).

• Experience range: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (freshers are welcome).

• Must be target-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Willing to work 6 days a week during day shift hours.
