Role Overview:

We are looking for Tele Sales Executives / Telecallers who have experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance sectors. The candidate must be confident, good at communication, and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Pitch real estate projects and explain features and benefits to clients.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain call records and provide daily updates to the manager.

• Work towards achieving individual and team targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance telecalling.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM usage will be a plus.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
