Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate Telecallers to join our admissions/marketing team. The primary role is to contact prospective students or parents, provide them with information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns or inquiry forms.

• Provide accurate information about the college, available courses, admission criteria, and other offerings.

• Maintain a professional and positive tone during calls.

• Follow up on inquiries to ensure successful admissions.

• Record and update call details and feedback in the database.

• Coordinate with the admissions team for counseling appointments.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
  
  Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
