Job Description:
We are looking for a telecaller who can make and receive calls, follow up with customers, and manage documents on the computer.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls.

• Follow up with customers for documents and payments.

• Enter and organize customer information and documents on the computer.

• Keep records of all calls and updates.

• Work with the team to process customer requests.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to organize and manage documents.

• Pleasant phone manner.
