Job Description:

● Connect with the students from the database provided by the company and refer them about the courses provided by us.

● Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.

● Counseling of all students and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the students into closures.

● To analyze the interests of the candidate as well as understanding his/her key skills of the candidate.

● Advising and guiding students on various career options and helping in choosing the best career option/ stream for the candidate.

● Helping students define and develop educational plans, assisting in the selection of appropriate course work and opportunities to achieve student's goals.

● Must be good at English communication.

Key roles and responsibilities:

● Handle student calls and capture student profiles.

● Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

● Counsel and guide aspiring students about various courses available.

● Maintaining a database of new and existing candidates.

● Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done.

● Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role. Achieving monthly targets.

● Should be a multitasker and quick learner.

● Must have listening and analyzing skills.

● Report daily, weekly and monthly status.
