Role Overview: Sales Executive (Education Services)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting student inquiries, and driving admissions for various academic programs. Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries
📋 Pitch educational programs (UG, PG, Online, Distance) to prospective students
🔍 Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses
🤝 Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
🗂 Maintain CRM entries and daily reports
🎯 Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
📢 Represent the organization in webinars, career fairs, and other promotional events

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred)
🗣 Strong communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English)
📈 1–2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, or sales preferred
💻 Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
