Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and professional telecaller to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about our legal services, and assisting in client communication and follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-oriented approach, and basic knowledge or willingness to learn about legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain legal services.

• Handle inbound client inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate legal staff.

• Maintain records of calls and client details in CRM or databases.

• Schedule appointments and follow up on client meetings.

• Remind clients about case status, document submissions, or court dates when required.

• Coordinate with the legal team for updates and client-related communications.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional conduct on all calls.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert relevant languages: Telugu, English, etc.].

• Basic understanding of legal terminology (training will be provided).

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Familiarity with MS Office and call logging systems.

• Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Working Hours:

[Insert hours— 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
