Position Overview: We are looking for talented Telecallers who are fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, and Gujarati to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our communication efforts, connecting with customers and providing excellent service in their preferred language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products or services, answer questions, and provide information.

• Record customer details and interactions accurately.

• Achieve daily or weekly call targets.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, and Gujarati (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in the respective languages.

• Good interpersonal and active listening skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
