Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to handle KYC account opening processes and promote stock market training programs. This is a voice-based role requiring strong communication skills and a service-driven approach to assist clients from registration to onboarding and training.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our training programs & algo trading products.

• Provide customer support, answering queries related to stock market training and products

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for KYC verification and account opening (Demat/Trading).

• Explain the KYC process, assist in document collection, and resolve related queries.

• Assist customers in understanding the stock market operations and training offerings

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and increase enrollments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 1 years of proven success in sales, particularly in selling financial products or services.

• Strong understanding of the stock market, investment principles, and trading strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Previous experience in stock market training or financial education (preferred).
