Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Explain project features, location advantages, and pricing details.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure client attendance.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Share daily calling reports and site visit feedback.
Timing: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
