with Good communication skills in English .
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
2. Client communication: Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner over the call .
3. Account management: Manage client accounts, including onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling.
4. Issue resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
5. Collaboration with teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure client needs are met.
