Job Description:

Metablock Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will be to promote our services, engage with prospects, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads/database

Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers

Answer incoming queries, follow up diligently, and convert interest into leads

Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested prospects

Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM tools

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on communication strategy

Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions

Requirements:

6 months – 1 year of prior experience in telecalling/sales preferred (freshers with confidence may apply)

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle objections professionally

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools is a plus

Self-motivated, target-driven, and punctual
