Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Maintain records of calls and update customer information accurately in the database.

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain a relationship with prospective clients.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Key Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills (in Hindi, English, or regional languages)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

• Customer-centric and persuasive attitude
