We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answering queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
Handle inbound inquiries related to products, services, or support.
Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and effectively.
Maintain records of calls and customer information within the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
Address customer concerns or issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Conduct surveys or gather feedback when needed.
Provide excellent customer service to build rapport with clients.
Collaborate with team members for process improvements.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software experience is a plus).
