We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage outbound sales calls and inbound customer queries. The role requires a balance of persuasive communication and problem-solving skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Call potential customers and explain our products/services.
Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Convert interested leads into sales/orders.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Answer inbound customer calls, messages, and emails.
Resolve queries, complaints, and order-related issues.
Provide product-related information and guidance.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
Update CRM or Excel sheets with call status.
Coordinate with the logistics/accounts/marketing team when required.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and service targets.
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage both sales & support.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or telesales is a plus.
