Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact clients from the provided database to inform them about upcoming Online Webinars and Virtual Events.
Obtain and update customer information and other relevant details during calls.
Answer all client queries regarding the webinars and events effectively.
Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
Complete call logs and call reports as necessary; strong working knowledge of Excel is required for updating reports.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and maintain quality service at all times.
Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and registration targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female candidates only
Experience: Minimum 1 year Tele calling (preferably in Event Promotions, Customer Service, or Telesales sectors)
Minimum Qualification: PUC (2nd Year Passed)
Languages: Fluency English (speaking and writing) is mandatory

Number of Positions: 20
Salary Package Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (fixed) per month Increment based on current salary package
Incentives: Daily incentives on achievement of targets, Campaign-end incentive based on performance
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off, along with all Sundays)

Transport Facility: Not provided; candidates must have their own transport
